2015 The Bear
A full bodied, dry Blend of Merlot & Sangiovese from the Texas High Plains. Merlot gives hints of classic baking spices and Sangiovese offers hints of pepper. Overall this is a rich tannic wine
with hints of tart fruit, spices and earthy.
2015 Marmalada
Sweet Rosé blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Merlot from the Texas High Plains; Chenin Blanc brings sweet floral notes, Viognier adds some tart crispness, and Merlot gives the complexity of the classic baking spice notes. Overall this is a medium body, low acidity wine with hints of fruit and herbs
